Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 ribs celery, diced
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 large carrot, thinly sliced
    6 c. chunky tomatoes, unsalted
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation
    In a large stockpot, brown ground beef with onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Drain off any fat from heat mixture.
    Add all remaining ingredients to the stockpot and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until carrots and potatoes are tender.
