Mary Ann'S Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Make a crumb topping out of the first 5 ingredients. Reserve 1 cup for later use. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. Grease 1-inch high baking tray or sheet (jelly roll) pan. Place batter on bottom of baking sheet. Layer apples on top in horizontal lines. Sprinkle on crumb topping and cinnamon.
