Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pecans
butter, melted (enough to lightly coat pecans)
salt and red pepper to taste
cumin powder to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
Place pecans and butter in heavy, shallow pan, iron skillet or cookie sheet.
Heat in oven until pecans begin to brown, about 1 hour.
Stir often.
Pour out on foil or waxed paper to cool.
Add seasonings to taste.
Place in airtight container.
