Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh oysters and juice
1/2 stick butter
1 medium green onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
2 c. milk or half and half
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except milk.
Heat and simmer until edges of oysters curl (about 10 minutes).
In another saucepan, scald milk.
Add milk to other ingredients and serve. Sprinkle paprika over each serving.
Makes 4 small servings.
