Roast Pork, Stuffed With Prunes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    3 tsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme crumbs
    2 large, tart apples, cored and chopped
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    24 sliced prunes
    1 (5 lb.) boneless pkg. loin roast, trimmed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 1/2 to 3 c. apple cider
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in skillet.
    Add onion, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
    Saute about 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients.
    When apples are softened, add prunes. Remove from heat.
