Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. sliced squash
    2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
    2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    pepper to taste
    pinch of sugar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter and saute onion, pepper and garlic until soft.
    Add squash; cook briefly before stirring in tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole dish and add water.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
