Timmy'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening, cut into small particles (pea size)
    6 to 8 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Sprinkle the ice water over mixture, then toss with a fork. Roll out 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured surface.
    For cream pies, bake crust 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Be sure to prick dough all over to prevent air bubbles.
