Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. fresh whole kernel corn (whole kernels cut from cob)
Preparation

Brown pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, paprika and mustard; stir until blended.
Add milk; stir until thick.
Brown bread crumbs in 1 tablespoon butter; add crumbs, corn and egg to onion and pepper mixture. Bake in buttered dish for 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
