Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boned chicken (about 6 to 8 breasts)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 cans sliced olives, drained
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans diced green chilies
    1 to 2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (set aside some cheese to put on top of casserole)
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (could buy 2 pkg. and make 2 casseroles)
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, canned milk, olives, soup, green chilies and grated cheese in a large bowl.
