Hearty Beef And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    8 oz. tomato sauce with mushrooms
    1 c. green beans, drained
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, beans, garlic salt and salt; simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
    Place in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese.
    Spread over crust.
    Spoon meat into crust.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 5 to 6.
