Tomato Rose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Chop onions and green peppers fine.
    Slice tomatoes.
    Arrange in a shallow serving bowl.
    Combine all remaining ingredients. Add salt.
    Pour over tomatoes and chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve from bowl or on lettuce leaves.
    Yields 6 servings.
