Weight Watcher Rocky Road Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch shell, cooked or graham cracker crust
8 oz. Weight Watcher cream cheese
1 c. light Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. dry milk
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 oz. chopped pecans
1 pkg. sugar-free chocolate pudding
3/4 oz. mini-chocolate chips
Preparation

For the filling, cream together the cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla.
Spread over crust.
Beat together the pudding, milk and water until smooth.
Spread over filling.
Top with Cool Whip, nuts and mini chips.
Must be refrigerated.
