Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 medium chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. smoked salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon and remove bone and skin.
    Combine rest of ingredients and form a ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans and parsley flakes.
    Put a cherry on top.
