Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. quartered potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 2/3 c. milk
    pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions until tender in small amount of water in tightly sealed saucepan.
    Drain.
    Mash vegetables.
    Add butter or margarine, milk, salt and pepper.
    Reheat to scalding.
    Makes 3 to 5 servings.
