German Style Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced (do not overcook)
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
8 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry, not too brown.
Remove bacon from grease and add to potatoes, onions, parsley and celery. To the bacon grease, add flour, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and water and heat to boiling point.
Pour over potato mixture and mix well.
