Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped fine
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well in strainer.
Squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine rest of the ingredients with spinach.
Shape into balls.
Can be baked now or frozen.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen.
