Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 green onion tops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained, cooled
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk white tuna, drained, flaked
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrot
Preparation

Place oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Whisk until blended.
Gently stir in macaroni, tuna, celery, and carrot until well coated.
Mound in center of platter. If desired, garnish with slices of tomato and zucchini or cucumber around outer edge of platter.
Cover and chill before serving.
