Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    2 eggs
    3/4 lb. cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley; drain well. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna as directed on package; mix together eggs and cottage cheese.
    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup sauce; alternate layers of lasagna and sauce.
    Add a layer of cottage cheese and egg mixture and Mozzarella until dish is filled. Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
