Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Let the sausage and cheese set out until at room temperature. Add biscuit mix, a little at a time.
    Roll into 70 balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
