Magic Meat Loaf(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. milk
6 to 8 small potatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl.
Shape into loaf.
Place in crock-pot.
Cut unpeeled potatoes and place in pot at sides of meat loaf.
Cover and cook on low 10 hours or high, 3 1/2 to 5 hours.
