Meat Balls(Frikadeller) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (ground steak or chuck)
    1/2 lb. lean pork
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix the first six ingredients thoroughly.
    Add eggs, milk and margarine.
    Form into 8 patties and fry in butter until brown. Turn down the heat and cover for 30 minutes to thoroughly cook. Serve cold sliced on rye bread or warm with a potato salad.
