Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Mix vinegar with buttermilk and add dry ingredients.
    Alternate with milk.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
