Cupcake Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs, cream cheese and sugar.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Fill cupcakes and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (or 5 minutes longer).
    In cake pan, bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
