Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda (omit salt and soda if using self-rising flour)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl (do not use mixer), combine all dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs, pineapple, bananas and nuts; add vanilla.
    Put in greased pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
