Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
