Shoo-Fly Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients together with a pastry blender. Reserve 1/2 to 3/4 cup for topping.
Add last 3 ingredients to crumb mixture.
Mix well with a spoon.
Pour into pan.
Add reserved crumbs on top of each cupcake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes approximately 20 cupcakes.
