Teatime Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Grease muffin pans (bottoms only) or line with paper muffin cups.
    Makes 36 (1 3/4-inch) muffins.
    Fill cups half full.
