Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 carrots
4 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Brown meat in hot fat in a pressure pan.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add water and replace cover.
Set control at 10 and cook 20 minutes after jiggler starts.
Reduce pressure instantly.
Serve with fried cornbread.
A meal in 40 minutes.
