Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 12 muffin cups.
Combine flours, baking powder and salt; mix well.
In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Stir until blended.
Add to dry ingredients all at once until moistened.
Spoon into cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately remove from pan to wire rack. Contains 140 calories each.
