Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey burger
    4 large potatoes
    10 oz. bag frozen corn
    10 oz. bag frozen peas
    4 to 6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in cubes.
    Place in fry skillet and cook with small amount of water (less fat grams) and butter; set aside. Brown turkey burger and onion together.
    Cook frozen vegetables in microwave then mix with potatoes and burger.
    Scramble eggs in bowl, using water as a substitute for milk. Pour over potato mixture and cook until eggs are done.
    Season to taste.
