Popeye Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, finely chopped
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon, finely chopped
    1/4 c. malt vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine spinach, onion and salt in salad bowl; mix well. Saute bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Stir in vinegar and sugar. Pour over spinach mixture.
    Sprinkle with eggs; toss lightly. Serves 4.
