Cake Top Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl.
    Cut in butter, with pastry blender, until mixture is light and crumbly.
    Blend in lemon peel and juice.
