Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    2 Tbsp. cider or white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed or tarragon
Preparation
    Peel cucumber and slice very thin.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and refrigerate several hours.
    To make Japanese-style, add 1/2 teaspoon horseradish and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger.
