Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (15 to 16 oz.) pink salmon
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    little salt
    about 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine.
    Form into patties and fry until golden brown.
    Makes about 9 or 10 patties.
