Double Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 large garlic clove finely chopped
    1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes undrained
    1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    3 tsp. chili powder or to taste
    Cheddar cheese shredded
Preparation
    In large pot add olive oil, onion and garlic over medium heat until the onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese.
