Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oleo or butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs.
Pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
Sprinkle crackers evenly over top.
Bake, uncovered, until set and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
