Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 2/3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk.
    Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add wets to well in drys and beat until smooth. Slowly pour 1/2 cup batter into 275\u00b0 fat for deep frying.
    Fry until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
