New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. new or red potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 slices cooked bacon
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    With skins on, cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender. Stir in all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve warm or chilled.
