Chicken Cutlet - Tomato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 to 3 medium zucchini, sliced
    4 medium to large tomatoes, wedged
    1 to 2 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into nugget pieces.
    Dip in beaten egg and Italian bread crumbs.
    Pan-fry in small amount of olive oil and set aside. Dip zucchini in egg. Pan-fry and set aside.
    Saute tomatoes, peppers and wine for 3 to 5 minutes. Add chicken breasts and zucchini.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Simmer until bubbly.
