Sweet Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. long grain rice
    pinch of salt
    3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil the water.
    Add rice and salt. Bring to a boil again until water evaporates (uncovered). Stir occasionally. Add 3 cups milk. Simmer until rice is cooked, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add 1 cup sugar and cook awhile longer.
    Place in shallow dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
