Turkey Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. turkey breast, sliced thin to medium slices
    1 head broccoli spears
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes.
    Wrap each spear in 1 slice of turkey.
    Layer in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with Cheddar cheese soup and 2 tablespoons crushed croutons.
    Serve with rice.
