Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Put in saucepan the butter and milk.
    Heat until melted.
    Add this to egg mixture; beat until well mixed.
    Put in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on pie before baking.
