Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and egg.
    Add dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla, bananas and pecans.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
