Apple-Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and quartered
2 c. apples, sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 marshmallows, cut in pieces
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Arrange sweet potatoes in buttered casserole dish and pour apples over them.
Sprinkle brown sugar, salt and marshmallow pieces over apples.
Top with cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
