Bow Ties With Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Shrimp And Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 bunch scallions
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 c. vodka
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    In saute pan, melt butter; add shrimp.
    Chop sun-dried tomatoes, scallions and mushrooms.
    Add to shrimp.
    Saute until scallions are wilted.
    Add vodka and continue cooking 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper.
    Cook until cream is warm.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Add cream mixture to pasta. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
