Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Old Bay to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 green pepper, chopped
    dash of pepper
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    peanut or vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Remove any shell or cartilage from crabmeat.
    Place all ingredients (hold off on the oil) in bowl and mix together gently. Mold into cakes and cook in frying pan for 3 minutes on each side with just enough oil to prevent sticking.
