Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mince garlic.
    Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails on.
    In a large frying pan, melt the butter in the oil over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in garlic and cook about 30 seconds.
    Remove from heat; add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, lemon juice and parsley and toss until the shrimp are coated.
    Serve immediately.
