Pastry For 2 Crust Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. vegetable shortening, softened
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Put flour in a large mixing bowl.
    Cut shortening into flour. Add water to mixture.
    Mixture may be flakey; continue mixing with hands until dough can be gathered to form a ball.
    Cut dough in half.
    Place on floured surface.
    Roll out large enough to cover bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
