Pork Chop Casserole(Duffie'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 big pork chops
6 medium potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown pork chops.
Grease baking dish and layer all the ingredients in order
given.
Cover
and
bake
at\t450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover for last 20 minutes.
