Eleanor'S Impossible Pie(Coconut) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Process 1/2 minute until mixed. Pour into well-buttered 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    You will have a crust, a custard-type filling and a brown coconut topping.
